“Foreign citizens are allowed to come to Russia with the aim of treatment in case they provide genuine medical documents, passport and visas or for visa-free countries in accordance with the international agreements of the Russian Federation, documents (copies of documents), issued by medical organization, having invitation letter for treatment with the dates of planned treatment or copies of documents issued by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation”.
